I'M IN!!!

I will also bring an appetizer for Friday night. Also count me in for a coffee contribution for Saturday morning. I have a coffee press that can serve 5 cups at a time. That should get things moving!

I will bring my espresso cups again so we can speed the tasting process.

I will also bring some freshly roasted beans from my favorite shop. I think I’ll bring a couple of thermos bottles so we can keep them fresh as we make them.

We can cover Friday lunch in camp. About a week out, it would be great to have a rough head count for each day.

We can make some Tres Corn Bake that will go nicely with the Chicken Adobo on Friday evening.. It's like an elevated cornbread, but heartier. Assuming that is OK with the Adobo Chef!

And of course a bottle of wine. Hmm, perhaps a nice Red from South of the border? (Not saying which border).

1. I checked with the Adobo chef and he was excited to welcome this treat.

2. Of course we know what you meant by "south of the border." It is the county directly south of the Napa/Sonoma county border, right?

My potluck meal will be either Guinness stew or Albondiagas (meatball) soup depending on ingredient availability.

I really need to find a good meat market.

I'll be arriving Thursday in the AM. Let me know if you need any help filling other meal slots.

Unless there is another chef for Friday breakfast, Hector and I will volunteer with Eggs Benedict. We might even see a tray of REAL Cinnabons (with extra icing!) We need a coffee guru, however!!!

If you and Hector are taking on breakfast, I will handle the coffee. So I have to pair Cinnabon and Eggs Benedict. No problem. :)
