Thanks guys. I had a great day spent with the family at the OC Fair and came home to BBQ one of the best filet mignon's ever. My buddy showed up at the door last night with a whole 3lb. filet mignon tenderloin and a card for my b-day gift. Were talking top quality $30.00 a lb. Melted in the mouth! Add roasted potatoes, asparagus tips, a good bottle of Syrah and finished with NY cheesecake for dessert. Great day.
