DV Wilderness Destroyed by Off-Roaders

Another article I read mentioned getting discreet pictures of license plates and turning them into rangers or BLM management if you see something. Don't confront or it could get nasty. If these people are bent on damaging these precious sites, they sure aren't interested in anyone's opinion or Treading Lightly.
