It was a great day, we started off with 5 rigs. 2 left after Cleghorn, and the 3 of us headed up to 2N17X. Great group.

I had some body damage broke a front axle on a big ass rock obstacle on 2N17X, but was able to complete it, then unlock the hubs and make it home. I didn't really want to swap out an axle in the dirt.

We also have a new trail dog
I'll let the pictures do the talking....

Great pics... sorry to hear about your axle, but glad you were able to make it home.

Beautiful day out there - the lake views are awesome.

Looks like you came across some other rigs while on the trail - did you pimp OAUSA ???

Wish I could've been there.... :D

I had a great time with you guys. Damn Pat sorry about the carnage to your truck but watching you rig up Jasons truck i`m sure you had your rolling in no time. Did you have to bust out the welder? Great pictures taken by everyone. I finally have some pictures of my rig doing something besides waiting in line to something :D. I can`t wait to see the pictures by Mario he must have a 1000 of them. We had a great group of people and super cool dog ( I can`t remember her name ) but she made sure she got a scratch from everyone. By the way the pictures from 2N17X look narly. Talk to you all later Steve ( Silver FJ )

We ran into group of jeeps right after I broke the axle at the top of 2N17X, they all took the easy way up. We told them about OAUSA.

I didn't feel like doing trailside repairs, so I just unlocked the hub, put it in 2HI, and drove the fire road back down to the highway. I'll slap a new axle in it today or tomorrow.

Suzy (the trail dog) was a tired puppy dog when we got back on the road...she curled up on the floor board and was out as soon as we hit the highway.....wasn't much fun after we got home either, all she wanted to do was lay there....although me and Krystal kinda did the same.

Still trying to process all of Mario's pictures, he emailed them to me. They should be added to my Kodak album shortly....so keep checking in on the first link in the first post.

I'm gonna try and get friday off so I can come out for Summerfest up in BB. See you guys there.
