Bet that was quite an experience.

Thats hilarious. Im 100% for being safe and everything. Im just thinking about what was going through those guys' heads before someone popped over the side of the hole and got help.

I hope they had to pay for the extraction.

I use the second picture in my getting started class to drive home the point of staying on the trail and doing recon

I don't even have any words for that one other than their lucky to only have broken an arm. The rig even looks salvagable.

Note to self:

Install rigging crane on FJ to assist in vehicle recovery....

There have been others. Spertierra was not out of bounds as far as I know, just unlucky.
