2008-9-14 Oriflamme/Rodriquez Canyon - Julian to AB

Sunday 9/14/08
8:30 am - Meet in Albertsons parking lot in Ramona (main street)
Trail is moderately easy (fireroad) with some washout areas/boulders but nothing aggressive.
Nice scenery with lots of places to discover (old mines, indian ruins, etc)
Trail head starts off of Banner Grade outside of julian and heads down into the dessert. We can just have a casual run, enjoy the day!

This is such a great trail. Have fun bobo. I'm going to try to catch the CORR racing in Chula Vista. I can't wait to see you in AB for BorregoFest.

I'm interested, could meet by Julian HS as Ramona for me is a bit out of the way.

do you know where the old chicken shack restaurant is? its in that small cluster of shops/restaurants before julian? i turn down that road and dont come into julian. could you meet us there? if not then we can meet you at the high school. let me know.

Are going through Wynola? I can meet you there where it enters Banner Grade. I'm flexible.

YES........we go down Wynola to banner grade. we can meet you at wynola (beginning or end) or at trail head. whereever you want. just let us know. we'll probly be there between 8:45-9ish. i'm so glad you are going .

wish you could too. its a nice relaxing drive. lots of trees and interesting things to see.

Ok, I'll meet you at the end of Wynola where it enters the Banner Grade. You can't miss the Jeep. Is there gas in Julian?
