Last Wednesday, we ventured out to the Bass Pro Shops superstore in Rancho Cucamonga. See http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/store ... &langId=-1 .

In preparation for the 10/16/08, Meet and Greet we dined at the restaurant and feasted on the unbelievable selection of outdoor gear until they closed the doors on us at 10:00PM. The food was good, the outdoor gear was exceptional, and the company was great. No matter what form of outdoor adventure you favor, the BPS has what you need.

Through Jorge A, the BPS special events coordinator, we are able to do both the M&G and the weekly net, from the store itself.

We will monitor the Keller Peak Repeater and the N6USO repeater 145.44 - 136.5.

We visited the Bass Pro Shops again to day and met with the director of special events. They are opening the store to welcome OAUSA. We will have an entire section of the parking lot in front of the store exclusively for the use of our vehicles. They are making the managers of various departments available to us for use on the net that night. AND, they will reserve all the space we need for dinner.

So..........those with vehicles that can be showcased at the front of the store, its time to let others see what you have done. Join us for dinner and visit an amazing out door outfitter until closing time (10:00 PM).

I'm making the trek from San Diego... Who else is willing...???

I'll be there...probably around 8pm or so after work...

Besides, I still have a few things to pick up there...
