Ft. Irwin to Mohave and back to the city
My brother is in the army, based in Ft. Benning, GA. His entire base was sent to Ft. Irwin, CA for desert training for a month back in July. I haven't seen him for 2 years, so he asked for 24 hour leave and it was granted at the end of July (cant remember exact date). I left my house at 5am and ...

Re: S.E. CUPP: Passage of Bill on Guns In National Parks
This is good. Every time i go out by myself, i worry about having a ranger have me explain the loaded 44 mag in the holster taped to the passenger side of the center console. The P22 and the P99 are *close* but not exactly the same feel in your hand due to the noticeably heavier weight and larger frame/grip on the P99. Walther P22 and Kimber Pro Carry II
My lady and i went to the outdoor store today, and the only pistol they had left in the 40 foot long display case was a Walther P22. Not wanting to waste a trip, we checked it out and were amazed how well the gun felt and sat in our hands. It is officially the most comfortable handgun Ive ever held ...

Re: 5 Days in Death Valley with 25 6th Graders
I was gonna ask about any incidents at Devil's Golf Course. It is very very sharp and jagged everywhere you walk
Nice pics and nice story.
