this is going to be...by far....THE spring event!!
hope you all can make it. we'll be stuffing the poor pig down into a hole to cook for 9 hours....while we sit around drinking and drinking and drinking some more. ha ha ha

I think I'm in! I don't want to register for yet another forum just to post though, especially an FJC forum, ew
can't you guys find a smaller whole pig than 220 lbs.? I've seen whole pigs that looked like about 40 lbs before. Anyway, if I can make it, I'll chip in for sure. I even know how to make macaroni salad, which goes pretty well with pig

we are working on trying to get a smaller pig. we might be able to get one thats about 90 lbs...but its still in the works.
hope some more of you can make it out.
