This net featured Mark (KB6SRT) talking about CERT and emergency preparedness. Mark spoke about what CERT is and where you can find a CERT organization. He also spoke about being prepared for a catastrohpe that will happen.

I was hoping we could also prepare for a catastrophe that won't happen :roll: :lol:

Seriously, this is an important topic - as Mark said, only about 5% of people are truely prepared for a disaster, and in CA, one is inevitable...

Just wish I had reception for the entire net; and reception in the WLA / SFV area seems to be getting worse (maybe due to weather / equipment conditions on Keller Peak)
