New old guy

Post by Old Fart » Tue Apr 07, 2009 12:19 pm

I'm Jeff, the Adopt-a-Trail Coordinator for the SBNF, and a volunteer with the SBNFA OHV Program. Also a ham operator since 1982 (Advanced Class call KG6TY)

When it starts, I drive a 1994 Jeep YJ. At least I think some of the parts are still 1994 :)

Ahh, the old "985" machine that changed to the "385" machine - you guys messed my head up good with that swap....

I'll try to pop on, usually Thursday nights are reserved for two of my other hobbies, building R/C airplanes and cigar smoking

What sort of RC plans do you build? I used to be heavily into sailplanes, but haven't flown in a year or so. Still have a garage full of stuff that I move around from one shelf to the other from time to time...
