I have been very fortunate to have my FJ80, FJC and business featured several times in Landcruiser Magazine in Japan. It is an amazing publication, and the photographer has a great eye for style. They just can't get enough of the FJ Cruisers from the US. My contacts at the magazine have requested to do another feature with my FJC and want to include 10 or so other modified FJ Cruisers of my choosing in an off-road setting. So, I'm posting to see who might be interested in joining me for the photo shoot...
The photographer will be available on Saturday, April 18, 2009. The most convenient area for me and the photographer is Hungry Valley (Gorman, CA), but we have not made a final decision at this point.
I will be making the final determinations with consultation by the photographer, but please understand we may have to turn down some who ask to be part of this, depending on how many folks sign up and the "look" of their FJs for the purpose of this article. Anyone interested will need to be available for most of the day, although it probably won't take that long...
So, anyone with a modified FJ Cruiser who is interested in being considered for this magazine feature can e-mail me their info and pics of their FJ to:

Thanks

Twelve of us ended up there for the shoot. Yoshi (the photographer) was great, taking lots of time with each vehicle / owner - he ended up taking 1,600 pics between 2 cameras. It was hot, but the breeze was enough to keep everyone comfortable. It was nice to get to meet some of the folks who have only conversed by computer, and to see some new rigs...the magazines should be out at the end of June - andas soon as I get some of the pics from Saturday, I'll post 'em up...We did miss you, though...
