OAUSA Template/Background Changes

Im using the subsilver2 theme right now and its super easy to navigate.

I was looking around for phpbb 3 themes and i found 2 cool ones i think would be cool to use and modify for this website's purpose

I'm really enjoying the new templates - gives you a choice of configurations, so you are bound to find one that works well for you... I'm, using the Soft Green right now, and it is much closer functionally and aesthetically to other forums I go on...
