Outdoor Adventure Television Program

While tuning around on the television I came across a really interesting program it is called Motion and discusses many different outdoor activities.

It provides tips, and provides information on lesser known locations for outdoor adventures. they have several of their shows available on-line.

I am not certain on the schedule but I caught it on Digital Channel 7-2 in the Los Angeles market.
