I am interested and have a few questions?

Do you have the rain fly?
Are all the zippers functioning?
Do you know the model name?

Thanks. :D

Yes I have the rainfy... I can take pics if you want.

All the zippers are functional... if not perfect.

It is a Streamside3

You are also welcome to borrow it for a weekend and either keep it or return it.

Thanks, that is a very kind offer. I currently own an REI Basecamp 4, which is a great tent for car camping but is takes quite a bit of work to set up and is quite large for one man. The Streamside has fiberglass poles which I usually shy away from as they tend to become abrasive and brittle over the years. Any comments? Do you have a Paypal account I can send the funds too?

No... nothing nearly as exciting as that. I am too old to add a fourth.

I have gone smaller. A Bibler Ahwahnee for the family and a bivy for solo work.

This tent is still large (by my standards) for solo use. It provided plenty of space for my wife and I, so I would consider it a large-ish 2-person tent that is easy to set up.

The rain fly attaches at the corners using fastex clips and adjusters.

I would not suggest this tent for nasty weather. Warm dry conditions... it is great with plenty of mesh panels. Light to moderate rain... the rain fly covers enough to work well and keep occupants dry. The occasional heavy rain/downpour... you'll be ok. Heavy wind, rain, snow, etc... I have been through some of that with this tent and we all survived but if you are planning on this kind of weather I would not recommend this tent.

The poles are fiberglass and thus a bit on the heavy side (not really a problem for 4x4 camping). I have had fiberglass poles become abrasive and even provide those oh-so-much-fun fiberglass splinters. I set up the tent for the photo this past weekend and the pole seemed fine. No signs of either being brittle or abrasive. However, this tent has been in my garage in it's bag for a couple years.

I have the same tent. I have used it almost every other weekend for 3 years. I think it is a great tent and sets up very quickly. Last month I had my shoe repair man put new sliders on the zippers. That solve the probelm that started after 3 years of heavy use. I broke one section of a pole. It was my fault. I didn't stake it down first and tried to set it up in a heavy wind. The wind folded the tent back on its self. The fly goes almost to the ground and provides good protection from wind and sand blowing in thru the mesh.
See you on the Trail!

Thank you for providing more details, I definitely planned to use it in fair weather only. It will be used as an extra tent for the kids or guests and for myself and the wife for easier set up. I would like to purchase the tent, can you PM me payment options please?
