Wow, that guy does NOT like the prius! You may have seen my license plate frame - "My Prius Can't Climb Mtns". :D But now that I've gotten rid of my wife (and her prius), I guess I have to scratch out the "My" from that statement.

Thanks for posting that, John. That's good stuff.

Yeah, maybe change your frame to:

"I'm bad with directions - I lost my wife, my Prius, and my money !!!"

FWIW that segment was filmed right here in Southern California. Many of the driving scenes were shot in Lancaster. I've never run into Billy Bob but have run into a few people that come close :D .

Here is another British car program on American V8s part of which were shot in the Antelope Valley. This series was hosted by Robbie Coltrane from James Bond and Harry Potter fame. He was a car mechanic before becoming an actor.

You've got to love British car programs even if they do like to take jabs at us Americans. There's something about the delivery that can't be duplicated.

Here's a few videos of them trying to destroy a Toyota Hilux, showing just how tough that little truck was.

They just don't make em like they used to. Too bad Eric wasn't driving one of these when he crashed in the desert!
