Sorry I never replied to this thread, Well mine didnt look as bad as the pics i posted but it wasn't far off, I used a dremmel with a small wire brush ball, some parts cleaner and a butt load of rags. After it was all cleaned up I packed it real nice with some hi temp marine grease. Had the whole job done in over an hour, Also I didnt buy the gasket kit for the rebuild, just used some gasket compound. Hasnt failed me since but I will be cracking it open again to check it out in about 6 more months, just to see how things look.
