Pics of my new Bushwackers

Post by FunJunkie » Sat Mar 06, 2010 1:16 am

DONE!!! Went to Superstition Motors today and Jack hooked me up with the custom fit around the snorkel. I put 3 on but was too worried about jacking up the snorkel cut. Heres the final pics. Well I still gotta put the rubber edging on, but you get the idea.

Nice job, Mike ;)

How did you do the lower back sections of the rear flares around your bumper - did you just leave them off, or did you cut them up ?

Have any close ups of the flare around the snorkel ?

THose were a bit of a pain in the butt, I had to shave em down a bit with the dremmel, remove the rear bumper, put on the flares, then re install the bumper, it was beyond tight.

thats my mascot, I call my rig the little pig in honor of the other oddball FJ that I have always admired, the Iron Pig FJ55, It's a vinyl of a razorback with the Japanese characters that spell out Kobuta in english. It translates to baby pig.

This is a mod I've been wanting to do for quite some time. I like it. Nice work Mike. The BugEater is jealous. :)
