You can get it here for $149 with 10 free batteries and free shipping. They're close enough to you that UPS Ground should be overnight.

DONE. Ordered the E2L from LA Police Gear. Thanks. I will post a review once I test it out. Again, thank you. I just want to get outdoors and play! One more question, I'm looking for a matching holster. The shop didnt have one. Do you guys use one? Which is the right model? I coudlnt find a match.

Not sure on Surefire's own line of holster. I'm partial to Maxpedition's selection, my favorite being the tube sheath: http://www.lapolicegear.com/m5tush.html

I think I just got one at a walmart or sports chalet. You can call surefire as they have holsters for $15. Normally, I will carry in my chest pocket. Max makes outstanding gear. If it will fit the 6P it will be a bit lose for the E2L. I think you will be very happy with your choice. My wife thinks I have a flashlight fetish. It is even worst than my gun fetish. Except for the weapon lights--the best of both worlds
