but a covey of quail and what a grand sight.
Then all of the sudden in the blink of an eye,
A suicide pact forced them to great height.
Oh no, it can't be that bad, I yelled as I ran,
but they jumped and then followed in kind-
as I turned away with tragedy in mind.
