Sorry I didn't connect with you and Yoshi at OX11. I hope that you can participate in the Overland Expo trip report net on the 28th.
It was a great time. Got to meet some very interesting people, see lots of cool gear, and attend some really useful seminars. There were all kinds of rigs present and a surprising number of adventure motorcycles. RawHyde Adventures was promoting the event to the BMW community. There was even a separate motorcycle section at the vendor show area. RawHyde was offering BMW test rides so I took out an R1200GS. First time riding a big bike off road. The bike was surprisingly stable and comfortable even on the gravel.
Probably every roof top tent brand in the world was present either at the vendor show or in the camping area.
I should have some pictures posted by the weekend.
