2011 SummerFest Sign-Up Roster

Well it's time to start planning our annual SummerFest event. The dates are set for the 24th through the 26th of June. Please let us know if you plan on attending.

The fee for the 2011 SummerFest event is per vehicle and will reserve you a spot in group campsite for both nights.

TENT/POP-UP TENT TRAILERS:
$55.00 -in advance
$65.00 -for a “drop-in” (Showing up without notice.)

RV (BUS/TRAILER):
SORRY… The site this year can’t accommodate RV’s

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT:
Payments will be taken via the “Donate” button at the bottom of any page on the OAUSA website. Once payment has been received, “CONFIRMED” will be posted next to your name on the “Sign Up Roster”. For other payment arrangements or questions, PM OLLIE and something can be worked out. Fees are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event.

What runs and activities are being planned?

This year's SummerFest / Field Day festivities will be held at Coon Creek Cabin, in Big Bear, CA...

While we'll be trying to focus more on amateur radio during actual contesting time, we are working on setting up runs for Friday and Sunday. We'll have an amateur radio testing session, and we are working on other possible activities in camp - recovery demos, cooking demos, and stuff like that...we're open to suggestions and volunteers as well, so speak up if you have an idea, or a talent you care to lend...
