OK here is my first attempt at dutch oven baking
I was surprised that it was done faster than I expected.
I needed to homogenize the brown sugar and butter a bit more. Nothing burned dark spots are clumps of sugar.

Pineapple upsidedown cake, yummy. Don't homogenize anything, there is nothing better than clumps of carmelized brown sugar. Depending on how moist your cake mix is sometimes what appears to be over cooked actally tastes better. Carmelized pineapple, brown sugar etc.hmfigueroa wrote:OK here is my first attempt at dutch oven baking

Looking good and tasting better I'll bet!
