Goal Zero?

Anyone have any experience with the Goal Zero products? Considering one of their kits and was just looking for some feedback and insight.

See my write-up for our Grand Canyon trip, viewtopic.php?f=118&t=2828.

I recommend the products.

x2, great stuff. What are you looking to power (or recharge)?

Fridge, cameras, laptop, radio, the usual stuff. Looking at the Sherpa 120 kit. The Journal just reviewed a bunch of setups but they only looked at the smaller Goal Zero kits. I need to stay away from the hard panels since packing the truck for my wife and three daughters doesn't leave a lot of leftover space on the roof. 8-)

I picked up a Boulder 150 kit at a Goal Zero special event at Costco. It's been great so far. You can get some good deals on Goal Zero kit if you can find them at a special event.

I liked the Light-A-Life light so much that I went back and bought a set of them. They can also be easily converted to red light for astronomy events as the LED bulbs use a standard Edison base (although at 12v).
