Wow, i can't believe the vendor support thus far. Just announced that Expedition Ops will be donating a little something for our raffle and Aluminess will be attending to show off their bumpers and tire swing outs!

Vendors are great. I just did the Wounded Warrior trail run up in Big Bear over the weekend, and it was great to see the kind of support that came out from both large and small companies. I definitely found a few places to support as funds allow.

Will we be able to enter Camp Pendleton from Fallbrook or will we be required to use the main gate off of I5? It would be much more convenient coming from my direction to enter from the east side of the base.

Im not sure about entering from the east side as that's not the "guest" interest per say. I know you can drive through.. what is it the.. 78? Through oceanside? then hit the 5. But im checking right now with my contact on base to see for sure about the east side.


Also.. For those of you that cannot attend but are in the LA/OC area, we have a drop off location at our shop/office.

Just wanted to bump the thread to remind everyone about this event next weekend - Toys for Tots is a great cause, and getting a chance to hang out at Camp Pendleton is a unique opportunity...

So who is going ?

I'm heading out on Saturday to try and get there near the start time of 1 pm, (leaving Santa Clarita area about 10 am) and I'll be hanging out until late Sat night - but I probably will not be camping overnight.

Anyone interested in driving together or staying in contact on the way down, let me know...

I'm planning on going. I'll be bringing the Tacoma rather than the Pinzgauer. The Pinzi needs some work and I didn't get it all finished this weekend. There should be a Pinzgauer 710K (4x4 radio truck) and possibly a 712W (6x6 work truck) so there will be some Pinzgauers present at the event.

I'll be coming down I15 so if anyone wants to meet at Bass Pro or elsewhere along to the way to caravan down, please let me know.
