FS: Yaesu VX-170 2M handheld

I am selling a spotless YAESU VX-170 2 meter 5 watt handheld radio, with original box, and all original accessories. I picked this one up as a spare to use on the trail, but I have too many spares, and it is just sitting on my desk...so it's gotta go.

The radio has virtually no air time, battery is perfect, holds full charge for weeks, no dents, dings, and perfect display. This radio is the standard by which all other single band radios are judged - water / dust resistant, load audio, fantastic signal, and built like a brick (although it's much smaller than one )

First $100 cash takes it...I can ship it insured for another $10 in So Cal, or $15 in the rest of the CONUS...

Larry, I must be having a senior moment here. But, I can find no online reference to a Yaesu FT-170R ever being produced. There is the FT-270R 2-Meter waterproof which I have and there's a VX-170.

Is is either one of these?

I told you I had too many spares ....it is the VX-170, and I corrected my original post.
