Snorkel install help / shop recommendation

Post by Crismateski » Wed Dec 28, 2011 8:28 pm

My wife got me an Airflow Snorkel (http://airflowamerica.com/) for Christmas, and I was planning on doing the install myself, but have chickened out. The idea of drilling a 4" hole in the fender has me a bit nervous. I was wondering if anyone on here who has experience with installing a snorkel would be willing to install it. (I would of coarse be willing to pay) Or could recommend a shop near me. I live in San Antonio Heights (Upland) and work next to the Farmers market in LA so I travel the 210 - 134 freeway so anything along there would be great. If I need to go out of that area I will. The only place I know of that will do it is Expeditioneers in Phoenix, but really don't want to spend that much on gas if I don't have to.

Guess I should mention, it is going on a 2006 Dodge Ram

I did not realize that dirtyparts did installs, I will have to contact Larry, I don't think he is too far from my work.

I think I am going to attempt to grow a set and do the install myself. If anyone is available tomorrow afternoon, I should be home from work around 1pm. I would be more then happy to have some assistance, even if it is just advice. I can order up some pizzas or something
