The rack is in good shape, but it does have paint fade on some of the crossbars, and some scratches on the top of the rack itself (no real damage - just white marks).
The rack is complete (actually has 4 crossbars), but no mounting hardware.
A new hardware kit can be purchased from Toyota for about $30 (Toyota part #PT278-35070HW)
