OAUSA Net - March 21, 2103 – Carson & Colorado Railroad

The Slim Princess – For our destination this week we are going to discuss the Carson and Colorado (C&C) Railroad. The C&C was a narrow gauge rail road which ran from Mound House NV to Keeler CA. It ceased operation in 1959 and most if not all the track has been removed. Our interest is exploring this ghost railroad and using it as spring board into history and outdoor activities in areas it ran through. We will add some pictures here in subsequent posts.
