I see what you mean. You are talking about the pic in the post just vanishing on the right side of the forum and no way to view it. I dont have this problem in 1152x846, but i switch over to 1024x768 and i can see it.

For many reasons, not the least of which is copyright / trademark protection, you have to be very careful when you change the proportional dimensions of a logo - so stretching it to fit would be a no-no, for example.

Agreed. But a logo is not a banner, and if you are concerned about protecting your rights to a logo (and we do), you cannot present it in a distorted fashion. I think designing a banner that may or may not include the logo would be great...
