Guess that's what I get for not checkin' in more often over at the old A4X4! Looks like a nice place here, though. Forums evolve - that's the nature of the beast. Of all the various car and jeep forums I peruse, only 2 have gone downhill with time, and that's due to the members themselves (mostly flaming and trash talk). Doesn't seem like that's likely to happen here. Thanks to those who made this happen, and I look forward to what it will become. I'll be adding my $.03 now and then, but mostly I'm not real chatty on forums. I do hope to see those of you I've met before out on the trails again, and meet some new folks too.

I've been looking into laptops for on-board navigation, and found some great info here when I registered yesterday. so, I've already gotten something out of this site! Keep up the good work!

Well Gary, welcome to the site !!! Glad to see you made it over from ADV4X4. You will see many familiar faces here, and we look forward to any contributions you care to make to the forum. Keep posted for future runs - we are already working on a SummerFest, and BorregoFest will continue in the fall, bringing over a great event from ADV4X4, and giving it the OAUSA touch.

Hi Gary. Hopefully that will change now that you're here. The more thoughts on a topic the better. I used to think of something about a topic and didn't post, and you know what? That thought never ended up on the board! So, whenever you have a thought about a topic, go ahead and post!
