Not quite!
Bruce washed his recovery strap and it shrunk. Just stretching it out.

A big thank you to Jay (jjstahl3) for the OAUSA decals that he made for Borrego Fest 2013. Here are a few of the decals on our vehicles.
Sorry we missed you this year, Jay! Next year!!

Re: GENERAL COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS
All kidding aside, I have to thank Dave for helping me get the Pinzgauer going a couple of times after the starter went out. I also have to thank Cruiser Larry for bringing a couple of batteries to replace the suspect seven year old ones I had in the truck.
I really appreciated coming back for the pot luck after the 300+ mile round trip excursion to Goatwerks in San Bernardino to piece together and install a new starter. All the food I tried was great.
Fortunately, the trip home was uneventful and the truck ran great from spending time getting it dyno tuned on the way down to Borregofest. I put more miles on the truck that weekend than I've put on it in the previous 3 years. Next year I hope to get out to do the trail runs I missed this time.
