In troubleshooting this it appears that Tapatalk is working with Microsoft cell phones. We went into the Tapatalk system for the website and all seemed well. There is an upgrade to Tapatalk that we are putting off until we upgrade the website software.

This may take care of the problem.

So lets try this:

1. try the system again and let me know what happens

2. Are you using an Apple phone?

Is anyone else having trouble with Tapatalk and if so, what type of phone are you using.?

Thanks for checking this out Dave. I just gave it a try, and when I try to login, it gives a server error and says to contact the site administrator. I am on the android platform, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 software version 4.4.4

It's working now. Nexus 5, Android 5.0.1, Tapatalk v.4.10.2.

Is anyone having problems with Tapatalk on an iPad ? Whenever I try to sign in I get a message "failed due to process XML error."

I am back to not being able to log in from android, same error as before "failed to connect to forum please check with forum administrator if this problem persists"

All other forums I am using on tapatalk are working (American adventurist, Expo Portal, Power Wagon Registry, Candlepower forums etc . . )

Tapatalk was the first casualty in our unsuccessful attempt to appease our "former" web hosting company. Now that we have moved to a new host, we will be reactivating the tapatalk feature. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks Dave, good to hear it is a known issue and is being resolved. I am finding my self doing more and more from my phone or tablet and using the computer less and less.
