2015 SoCal Desert Rendezvous

The dates for the 5th annual SoCal Desert Rendezvous are March 20th - 22nd, 2015. RSVP details will be released on the American Adventurist community forum in January. http://americanadventurist.com/Forum/forum.php

Hopefully we'll have some OAUSA amateur radio testing there!

Looking forward to it! I SHOULD have my Technician's license before DRV 2015, but if for some reason I don't, I would love to have it done on site!

It's has already taken place back in March. It was near Split Mtn on BLM land.

Next years Desert Rendezvous will be a bit earlier, we dont have a set date yet, but it will be sometime in February 2016. Keep an eye out for it.

No info, as everything is announced a month or two before the event. The best thing to do is go to the forum and keep an eye on the Community Events area. You need to join the forum to sign up.. Also like them on Facebook. This will insure that you get notifications of dates and the opening of the RSVP list. This year it filled up in about 48 hours, so you can easily miss it if you aren't aware ahead of time.

Tim is spot on with the information. If you are looking for something sooner, check out Borrego Fest, I think it is in 2 weeks. All the information is available on this forum, and I highly recommend the mine tour with Dave.

I believe the same weekend is an event to which I am already committed. Not sure the campground kind of thing is for me.
