The California Department of Insurance has issued the National Rifle Association a cease and desist order that demands that NRA stop selling personal firearms liability insurance in the once great state of California. The left wing radicals in Sacramento are likely giddy over finding yet another way to make it harder to be a responsible firearm owner in California. The NRA continues to prevail, and I suspect NRA will prevail in this situation too, but only after the left wing radicals in Sacramento have made if difficult for some of the most law abiding residents of the State.
