Positives- an oven that will handle 2- 9”x13” baking pans(actually a little larger). Burners on top give you the option of baking and frying or sautéing at the same time. Lots of storage for pans, cookie sheets and utensils. Also allows me to keep a kettle of hot water for coffee or clean up.
Negatives- bulky(does not collapse), heavy, poor heat control on low. In fact, hard to get down to setting low enough to warm
Unless you crack open the door, which uses more fuel.
- I find myself always wanting on oven but still needing the cooktop. This fills the need. I will still bring my standard Coleman stove along to group events as 2 burners isn’t enough when cooking for a crowd. Works for me anyway.
