This is an easy and scenic run to Fonts point lookout to the Badlands and then to Vista Del Malpas so we can compare which one has the best view.
Total miles is 70 with 30 highway and 40 dirt.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION:
An easy trail but lots of soft sand.

LOGISTICS:
We will meet at camp grounds at 9:00 Saturday morning. Each vehicle needs a vehicle inspection and all drivers and passengers must complete a waiver of liability. Have sufficient gas for the trip and bring a lunch.

The plan is to travel to Fonts point. Take pictures. Travel to Vista Del Malpas. Take pictures.
Then wander around until we find our way back to a highway somewhere.
If need be we can gas up in Borrego Springs before heading back to camp.
We fully expect to be back in camp early.
