I will be hosting a Hot Sauce tasting on Friday afternoon. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
I will use a wine tasting format and offer tastings from the US, Caribbean and Mexico and Central American Regions. and from mild to hot. There will be an appetizer, crackers and cheese to cool off your palate.
If you have a particular favorite and would like to bring it, please do so. If you have an appetizer you would like to offer up, that would be great too.
I will provide a hand out highlighting some key concepts along with an explanation of some of the different types of hot sauces available. Perhaps a recipe or two as well.
