First of all, I'm glad to be in remote Nevada and not SO-Cal for this situation!
We base our menus on FREEZE DRIED foods, keeping dozens (of weeks) of meals at the ready is easy, and
you are always STOCKED UP without panic buying during a disaster.
Here are 4 yummy meals Peggy has prepared multiple copies of (more on my QRZ page.)
She has created 2 or 3 dozen different
meals that we rotate regularly through the calendar.
