One of my favorite camp shower devices is the Nemo Helio portable shower.
With the Nemo Helio you can quickly wash hair do the dishes or rinse off gear. Easily pressurize the 2.9-gallon tank with a foot pump – and with occasional pumps you can keep it fully pressurized for 5-7 minutes of strong continuous spray. The tank cannot be over-inflated.
Simply heat a coffee pot of water and mix it with cold water. This provides enough hot water for a very comfy shower.

Just to round things out, here is a good FDA website with specific "approved for..." products:
https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registrat ... 2-covid-19
This came up, specifically, in a response to COVID-19 "need to know" product listings but it is a very far reaching product list that can be sorted in a number of ways.
Also, on the radar recently, are the numerous products that are causing issues due to sanitizers that have been contaminated with amounts of methanol. Why anyone would drink it...I have no idea, but they were leaning heavy on that fact in the public service announcement, specifically children.

TC 4-02.3 (Training Circular, dated 2015) FIELD HYGIENE AND SANITATION PDF:[7-2-2020] FDA is warning consumers and health care providers that the agency has seen a sharp increase in hand sanitizer products that are labeled to contain ethanol (also known as ethyl alcohol) but that have tested positive for methanol contamination. Methanol, or wood alcohol, is a substance that can be toxic when absorbed through the skin or ingested and can be life-threatening when ingested.
