Please check me in: David - AK6DH.

This is may favorite tent light, the Montane Squid Light. It has 2 brightness levels, dim and dimmer, perfect for the tent when you are night adapted and will not bother those outside the tent. You can place it flat or hang it, which is what I do. The newer version came with red LED covers that you could screw on in place of the clear ones. They are not produced anymore, but you can still find them for sale on the Internet.

Check in please - Thanks - Bernie

Well, I used to have different lights over the years, and I did have a kerosene lantern, a Green-Colored Coleman, that I ran Lamp oil in, and it gave off heat and light, but no longer have that.

You guys have a much larger budget than I have, I can see that, based upon all of the posts over the years.

Anyway, just before our local K-Mart closed a few years ago, which was here seemingly forever, I had purchased two LED camping lanterns, which doesn't give off heat, but when new batteries are in them, they give off a lot of light, but the light is of course adjustable. They also have a compass on the top of them, along with carrying and hanging handles.

I'm not sure but I think that I had purchased this LED flashlight at Walmart.

I purchased a pretty bright USB rechargeable bicycle headlight, that if needed, and if I had it along with me, I could use it for light.
I also can use a battery bank to keep the bike light charged up, and on if riding the bike at night, all night long. It has a low beam, a high beam, and a flashing mode, but I don't care to use the flashing mode, unless I just wanted to be more visible during the daytime. You should see how much light it gives off when riding at night, and I've actually had a few drivers flash their high beams at me, but I have the main focus of the beam just a few feet in front of the bike, so I don't want to put it any lower, and I don't use the high beam ever, because it cycles between low beam, then high beam, then flashing, then off, then back to low beam to start the cycle over again, so I just can't go between high beam to low beam, without going to flashing, then off first, then low beam, and I feel that the low beam has enough light. 4 lights on the battery bank shows full charge, and even riding all night long, the front headlight only causes the battery bank to go from 4 lights to 3 lights, so I don't even know how long I could ride, or how long the light would last if I was carrying the light, but I'll have the battery bank connected to the headlight while using the light. I had actually purchased a second battery bank that would show percentage of charge briefly when connecting it or when pressing the button, but I gave that away as a gift...both were purchased at the local Walmart.

Yes, While cooking, I spattered the wall, so I'm going to need to clean the wall off without taking the paint off of the wall, so an SOS pad is out...LOL...

When I was a security guard, for a few years back in the early 90's, back before LED flashlights I believe, I had purchased a two-flashlight set of Mag Lights, one was large, and ran on "D" cells I think, and a smaller one that ran on "AA" cells, but I don't think that I have those anymore, and not sure where I had purchased them. Both of them had adjustable beams, wide and narrow, and anywhere between.

the magnets look good, I run my solar power wires down on my Expedition, through the door gap on the drivers side but this would be good.
I chose to go under the rack for the front 2 panels, it hurts output a bit but the rack is still usable without damaging the panels.
