Well glad your day was not wasted. I pm`d you also. Yeah we go there at about 8:05 am as far as my clock said anyway and we waited for you until 8:30am how funny is that? We were there until about 1:30 pm. there was only 2 of us but we were really slow. Had a few spots where my freinds FJ (stock everything) didn`t want to go so we ended up turning him around and getting him back to the fire road and then since my FJ was already up a challenge I would finish it and go back and get him. we had a blast but we were slow. I forgot to mention my freind is paralized from the waist down and drives with hand controls. Boy could he handle that rig. He drove with one hand on the throttle and one on the steering wheel. Thats hard to do on some of those challenges. So the next time we go out he taking me to Azusa I have never been there and thats his favorite hangout so there we will be in a month or so.

Another example of the advantage of an amateur radio license (and a radio to use it with) - could of avoided a lot of confusion and allowed for a successful meeting...maybe next time...

Cleghorn is fun to run in the late afternoon and evening we started after 4 pm and ran it both ways. Its definietly worth a try to run it from the 138 back to the 15 makes for some nice steep climbs and a couple of cool ledges to get over.
I am really getting into the night running thing did heartbreak ridge about a week and a half ago in the dark made for the nicest starry sky I have ever seen in my life.

Hey, aw12345. I think our profile pics are taken on the same rock. Was that on the first half of Cleghorn?
