Yep, 10 at Pio Pico. Just to be sure, and since I'm not very familiar with the area, is Pio Pico the spot we usually meet when run Otay and has the little general store in front of the campground? Also, is Pio Pico the best place to meet for this particular run? Just wondering since I have no idea where this new trail is in relation to Pio Pico.

That's where it is. Is there a better place, sure, Marron Valley Road. Seeing that some might not be familiar with that, Pio Pico will do just fine.

Alrighty Dennis, Pio Pico at 10 it is!
Bobo, I plan on hitting the road around 8:45 as Google maps says it takes just over an hour to get there. Let me know where you want to meet along the I-15.

What does anyone know about this new road? Has anyone driven it? If its more than a fire road I might be tempted to go back there :D

Here's the report from the trail http://www.oausa.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=831. Most, if not all of this is an easy ride.

Dennis, were you with us when we ran Otay and went down that really steep, loose hill to visit the old homestead? Time permitting, I'd like to hit that again, now that I have better tires. I had a hell of a time getting up that hill with my stock tires and wanna try it again with the BFG AT's. Not to mention the old homestead is a cool place to visit.
