Guys, I think we're going to use Channel 34 for CB, right?
But did anyone pick a 2meter simplex frequency? I didn't see one on here, so if nobody has picked one, I'd like to suggest we use 146.46.
I'll have my 2m in the truck, so if you got one, bring it along! They work really well in the desert.
Also, I'm staying at the River Palm, in the main drag in Laughlin. I'm going to be arriving sometime on thursday afternoon.
If anyone wants to do dinner and/or breakfast friday morning, please let me know.
You can PM me your cellphone, and I'll return with mine.
thanks
Dana

I need to stop reading the Mojave Road Adventure posts. I really wish I was able to go on the run with everyone this weekend
.
I'll have to be satisfied to stay at home this weekend and work on my EFI wiring harness which is currently spread across my dining room table
. I'm also taking the Pinzgauer down to my fabricator the following weekend to have him start on a rear mounted expedition rack. The next time I'm able to run the Mojave Road I'll be able to carry enough fuel to complete it without a side trip into Baker for gas
.

Can someone find out which CB channel the park rangers use, so we can have it for emergencies?
