Very cool pictures Dave. I am looking forward to hearing this topic and the details on how to do the build! I have been thinking I need a field antenna.
See you on the Trail!

Great net tonight, thanks to Dave KG6GIA. Field construction of an emergency antenna is a great skill to have. Sacrificing a folding chair to make an antenna sounds like a project for the next trip. We went for about 1.5 hours and had 26 check-ins. Thanks to all who participated.

It's getting irritating to miss nets like this one. Looks like a great topic. ;)
