2009-05-30: Anza Borrego- Upper Coyote/Horse Canyon

Post by BorregoWrangler » Sun May 31, 2009 12:57 pm

It turned out to be a busy day in upper Coyote and Horse Canyon. Lots of folks out enjoying the terrain before the seasonal closure kicks in. As always this time around, some spots were easier while others much more difficult. I wonder what the coming floods this year through the canyon will have in store for us when it reopens in october? Fun stuff, no doubt.

Very nice pics, BW... Upper Coyote Canyon is a beautiful area that most don't get to very often...guess I'll have to wait 'til next year ;)

BTW, is your Jeep sporting new meats ? I didn't recognize the tires/wheels when I first looked at your pics...very nice, too...

Looks like a fun day. Wish I had more notice, would've liked to check it out. What's the wires you guys are running in pics 15 and 16?

Well, ya won't have to wait until next year. Just four months. As for the meats, no, I've have those for awhile now. Maybe you noticed the other white Jeep.
