We started out at Corral Canyon and I wanted everyone to see how difficult the Bronco Peak connector is, so we hiked up it a little ways. The consensus was "I can't believe you guys drove through this!". Our sights were set a little lower this morning, run Sidewinder both directions. After running it forward, Mark had pushed his 80 to new limits. It took a little longer than we had hoped, so we decided to head out towards valley of the moon and Elliot Mine near Jacumba. I was actually able to find the trailhead I was looking for and we headed into the valley the back way, from the west. It's an awesome trail and at times you are within inches of the U.S., Mexico border fence which is merely a dilapidated barbed wire fence, knocked down in places.
We concluded the day by checking out Elliot mine and then heading home. All in all, a perfect day

Unfortunately I made the ill fated decision to update my Flock browser when prompted and now I can't figure out how to post pictures en masse
