Colorado River Wheeling

Post by ssc » Sat Nov 07, 2009 9:00 pm

Went to Havasu Thursday. Had a nice time on the river Friday. Did some wheeling Sat. One of the trails was closed. Went into the Bill Williams wilderness area. Saw many quail. John, don't shoot my little buddies :) . Ran the cattailcove trail and had lunch on a nice bluff overlooking the River, just above the Parker Dam.

The wife and I sat overlooking the beauty--pondering the horrific events of a few days ago  I will conclude with some pictures--don't want to get started on the other.

Regards, Steve

But, they're so yummy!

Looks like you guys had a nice time out there. I'll be going to the river down here in a few weeks.

Yes--it is my american express card. Never leave home without it. You never know when you might break an ankle and need the walking stick. :D
