I have been to the Park and its environs many times and never seen it like this. It was as if it was all new! So it was a real treat to be there for this. Going up to Steele Pass in ever deepening snow was amazing and we knew that every time we go through it in the future, we’ll always say, “Remember that time in the snow?” I was very sad to leave!

Awesome! I love camping in the snow. Haven't done it in a long time, though.

Looks like lots of fun,
though I prefer the warm sun.
I use to camp in the snow when I was bold,
however, I don't like to do cold.
I guess it is a sign that I am getting old,
as wearing all those clothes is a heavy load.

Looks like fun,

I am putting off getting old for just a little bit longer, no matter how much gray my head now has! Ha ha!

Normally I avoid camping in the cold, and thought about that on the way up, with the storm and all . . . but in the end, I am very happy I went and the snow made it 200% better than I could have ever expected.
