Re: 2011 SummerFest Potluck Planning
For an entree, I'll provide Grilled Brats served on a toasted roll w/ onions and peppers (enough for 12).
In case they're needed, I'll bring a couple of camp tables, a camp stove, a portable BBQ, and a cast iron griddle. I'm sure there will be a lot of fridge/freezers there, but I will probably have some room in my Engel fridge if anybody needs to keep anything cool (food, meds, formula, etc)
I'll also bring a 10'X10' shade canopy in case the potluck is outside or just for shade in general.

Time to stop talking about it and just go do it!

Awesome. Everything will be done outside. The cabin(s) aren't made for occupation. The more pop-ups we have the better. We want to bunch a lot of the together for one continuous canopy.michael wrote:For an entree, I'll provide Grilled Brats served on a toasted roll w/ onions and peppers (enough for 12).
